AccountantLori is the founder of Darchicourt Consulting and has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. Her experience includes working for a Big 4 accounting firm, playing a key role in a $330 million IPO, working for a boutique accounting consulting firm and serving as CFO for a wealth management company. Her passion for small business and consulting led her to found Darchicourt Consulting in 2021. Lori serves as a lead consultant on many client engagements. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, especially all of their sport activities and traveling.

Director of OperationsOlivia has experience in operations, human resources, recruiting, and administration. She's worked primarily within professional services and healthcare industries. Olivia is a San Antonio native currently living in the Kansas City, KS area with her husband and two boys.

AccountantBrittani has over 20 years of accounting experience including 15 years of public accounting with a Big 4 firm. She has served clients across a broad range of industries including hospitality, financial services, restaurants, life sciences, consumer products and wholesale industries. Brittani enjoys learning the detailed operations of all businesses and believes the in-depth knowledge enhances services provided by allowing open dialogue for process improvements and operational insights. Brittani serves as a lead consultant on many client engagements. Brittani enjoys spending time with her husband, also an accountant, and her three children.

BookkeeperCarol is a full-charged certified bookkeeper with over 35 years of experience. She is proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Carol has worked in various industries including insurance, property management, non-profits, medical start-ups, importing and, most recently, an accounting firm. In her free time, she loves to read, volunteer, craft, and spend time with her 3 amazing granddaughters.

AccountantElena has over 20 years of experience. She started her career in public accounting, providing audit services across a variety of client sizes and industries, before transitioning to consulting. Most of her current work is focused on helping clients with monthly accounting needs. She also enjoys special project work - particularly cleanup and documentation projects. Elena serves as a lead consultant on many client engagements. When not working she spends her time with her young family, going outside whenever possible to garden, hike, or ride bikes.

She was recently part of the due diligence and transitioning teams during an acquisition. She is proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. She has a passion for organization streamlining processes and helping people succeed in their businesses. In her free time, Roxanne loves to escape to Rockport to go fishing with her fiancé, John.
